how long do I have to use my class pass?

All Class passes are valid for 20 weeks from the time of purchase.

What age groups do you cater to?

We primarily offer movement classes for adults, children aged 14 years and above are welcome to apply themselves to an adult class. Our adult classes cater to individuals of all ages as we believe it is never too late to start a movement practise. Please see class bios for further details on mobility requirements per class. Please note that we accommodate lessons to the participants, however you are responsible for your body and its limits. If you have further questions please email. Additionally, we have a dedicated youth program designed for children aged 9 to 13 years.

Do you offer classes for beginners?

All our classes are open-level. We focus on keeping small class sizes to ensure personalised attention from the instructor. In some classes, we have multiple teachers assisting to cater to the diverse needs of our students. Moves are always clearly explained, and variations are provided to accommodate everyone from first-time movers to those with an experienced practice. It is important for beginners to come with understanding of their own bodies and always work within their zone of comfort.

How do I register for classes?

You can register for classes either online through our website, via the class manager page or direct text to 0431141644 .

Is there a registration fee?

Yes, we have a one-time registration fee for new students of $45 per student per year which assists in covering administrative costs. However first time registration fee is waivered.

Can I enrol at any time?

Yes, you can enrol in a classes at any time throughout the year we do not run terms.

What should I wear to class?

As a general rule we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Bare feet or dedicated dance shoes are allowed in the studio. For greater detail on specific classes please refer to the class descriptions page.

How long are the classes?

Class durations vary depending on the style and level. Typically, classes run for 75 - 90 minutes.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a cancellation policy in place for both classes and private lessons. Please refer to our terms and conditions for detailed information.

Are parents allowed to observe youth classes?

We kindly ask that parents refrain from observing classes on a regular basis to minimise distractions. We have arrange observation days for parents wishing to view their child’s progress.

What are your payment options?

We have a renewable membership which is set up as a direct debit or a class pass, pre-paid purchase which can be paid for via cash or via online payment methods

Do you offer discounts or scholarships?

SULT, is committed to our community. Anyone under financial hardship that wants to be part of our movement community should reach out for possible payment plans or trade opportunities.
