Terms of service.

This promotion is valid for one per customer.

This promotion is open to all students, whether current or new.

Students have 6 months to redeem their one-month unlimited pass before it expires.

The duration of time that this pass will be valid for redemption is April - October 2024.

A one month will be calculated as a 4-week, 28-day duration. This 4-week, 28-day duration can begin at any time of the month or week.

No further payments will be taken from the student, and there will be no obligation to stay enrolled after the 28-day period. After the 28-day period, students will be presented with the option to enrol in one of our packages.

This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product/service.

The unlimited period begins upon first class attendance.

This promotion is valid for use only by the named student and cannot be shared with others.

Any ‘unused’ portion of the promotion after the 28-day period will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward or refunded.

By participating in this promotion, the student agrees to receive marketing communications from the company. However, they can opt out at any time.

SULT promotes self responsibility. All prior injuries must be reported to a teacher pre class and students must work within their capacity at all times. SULT and our instructors are not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred by students in class

The student must abide by the rules and regulations of the facility. If a student breeches our regulations than they can be banned from the premise and attending class and will not be warranted a refund under any circumstances.

This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.

This promotion is non extendable and non refundable.

SULT reserves the right to verify the student's status at any time and may require proof of enrolment or identification.

By participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions stated in this document.
